Myth

The road to becoming happier and healthier starts by getting rid of false and misleading beliefs. Fantasies are for children; only living in reality produces results. Let’s tackle the two biggest ones.

MYTH: Change can happen either instantly or quickly. FACT: Sustainable change takes time.

Breaking bad habits and replacing them with new ones will not happen overnight. We are creatures of habit. As humans, we are also pleasure seekers. Our brains are wired to repeat habits that bring pleasure and avoid pain.

The solution is the “180-degree twist,” described at length in my book, “The Man with Zero Talent.” The method is simple: When we accept that there will be a temporary increase in pain and less pleasure at the start of any program, we can train ourselves to wait for and expect results.

MYTH: Stress, anxiety, poor sleep, lack of focus are separate entities, to be dealt with one at a time. 

FACT: All forms of sub-optimal human experience are interrelated, and changing one helps the others. 

Reducing stress and improving performance go hand in hand! The mind and body are one entity. Making a change in either the mind or the body brings about change in other. When you feel better, everything works better, so now is the time to get started on creating lasting and sustainable change!

Chakra Section

Here’s a quick and easy rundown on chakras, including how you can work with them to create greater health, happiness and prosperity!

There are seven spiritual power centers, called chakras, in your body. When your chakras are balanced and harmonious, they radiate life-affirming energy; when they are unstable or unanchored, we feel diseased, dissatisfied and unhappy. Stress and poor lifestyle choices throw your chakras out of balance.

The chakras are organized from the root of the spine to the top of the head. In order, from below to above, they are called: root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra and crown chakra.

The secret to success is determining where you are blocked, then opening that area up using meditation, vibrational frequencies, and a specific color as a screen saver to enable you to vibrate at higher energy. When your chakras are pumping at full steam, everything about your health and wellness picture improves.

Meditation & Types

Meditation is a fantastic tool for opening chakras and achieving results! Let us better understand how meditation works.

Meditation requires that you focus on an object, thought, or activity. We are using specific words like ‘OM,’ ‘Mantra chanting,’ Healing meditation, Angelic vocals, Relaxing music, Tibetan bowls to focus the mind. Doing this trains your attention and makes you mentally clear, calm, and stable. It is that simple! It takes practice, though, because your mind wants to jump around, a very normal consequence of too much stress. Start slow, and once you get the hang of it, meditation will work miracles for you!

There are three categories of meditation:

1) Meditation for health and happiness (depending upon blocked chakras)

2) Meditation for manifesting what you desire

3) Meditation for high performance

For all three kinds, we start with posture. Sit comfortably with your neck, spine and back straight, and your direct your thighs. Now we can begin!

We start off with “box breathing.” Inhale to a count of four, hold for a count of four, exhale to a count of four, and hold to a count of four. Repeat four times, and again whenever you feel stressed or anxious throughout the day.

Meditation for blocked chakra, uses special auditory frequencies ranging from 396Hz to 963Hz to open the blocked chakra in conjugation with vibratory stimulus through the palm of the user in the range of 100Hz to 250Hz to synergistically improve the benefits of meditation as shown in the picture. Meditation for manifestation & high performance also has this vibratory stimulus feature available.

Before beginning your meditation each day, think about which of the three categories you want to concentrate on: becoming happy and healthy, manifesting, or higher performance. Once you have decided, let the breathing and chanting begin!

Breathing

Breathing is the clearest indicator of the actual condition of your mind and body at any given time. Calming the breath positively impacts your body and the mind. The goal is to engage in any form of rhythmic breathing, e.g., box breathing, equal breathing or relaxed breathing. Each type results in calmness of mind and body, and achieving this result will enable you to remain balanced and focused and will help you attain true health, happiness and success.
