Your subconscious mind makes everything you say and do fit a pattern consistent with your beliefs, experiences, memories and skills.
It’s a database for everything which is not in your conscious mind.

I have heard so many people say, “I have bad anxiety” or “I am bad at math” or “I am middle class, and middle-class people live like this.” When you say these words to yourself, you are giving your subconscious mind — which is more powerful than your conscious mind — an implicit message that you do not want help in this area. 

We all have done it unintentionally. I am a culprit as well.

Muhammad Ali said, “I am the greatest,” even before he knew he was.


Because he knew the power of the mind. He repeated it so many times in his head that his conscious mind had handed it over to his subconscious mind and he acted and believed based on this unification. Once he started believing in it, the rest was history.

Therefore, you must:
​​​​​​​Say to yourself, “I am a genius.” 
Say to yourself, “I can do it.”
Say to yourself, “I love myself.”
Say to yourself, “Life is amazing”

That last one is especially hard to believe, when we are in the midst of a stressful, anxiety filled day, but I can give you three reasons why your life is amazing if you are reading this email.

You have food on your table, you have clothes to wear, and you have a roof over your head.

This means that you are better off than half of the world’s population.

In fact, frankly speaking, most of us are happy with 90% of our lives, and only 10% makes us unhappy, yet we bang our heads for this endlessly against the wall, complaining about this 10% as if it were the majority of our daily existence.

If you go to the bottom of your home screen in the app, you will see a place to enter your gratitude for today.

A good habit to have is entering your gratitude daily and reminding yourself that there are so very many things to be grateful for. This is why life is amazing.
