Hope

The world can really be a scary place.

We all have so many problems that can seem insurmountable, from climate change to political unrest to trouble paying bills to lost loved ones.

It’s easy to get caught up in the bad things in life.  It’s easy to focus on all the negativity and lose hope for the future.

But there is still hope. We all have the power to make a difference even if it seems like we don’t.  We do have the ability to create a better future for ourselves.

We as humans are incredibly resourceful and creative.

We humans have a long track record of overcoming challenges and finding solutions to problems. It’s what our brains are programmed to do. Unfortunately because we are designed to solve problems, we are also designed to find and focus on the problems. It is important to use our ingenuity to solve the problems that we face using that creativity and not to obsess about the problems. Move through them with the solutions and create a brighter future.

Technology can play a big role in this. It is always evolving, and it has the potential to solve some of the world’s biggest problems. It is being used to develop needed renewable energy sources, greatly improve healthcare, and connect us all over the world.

Throughout the world the human spirit is incredibly resilient. We have a capacity, if we choose, to overcome great problems and to find hope, even in the darkest of times. This drive and ingenuity can help us create a better future for ourselves and for generations to come.

We have such power in these times to make a difference.

Choosing to use that power is important. It also helps us focus on making things better rather than wallowing in how things are bad at any given time.

We should use that power to take action. We shouldn’t just sit back and hope for change. Even small actions can make the world a better place, like smiling and complimenting someone,

If we all work together, focus on creating good in the world, we can create such a bright future.

Let’s hold onto hope and our visions of the future we want.

Keep Positive and Be Well!
