Yoga Philosophy Course
The Yoga Philosophy course gives a wonderful opportunity for seekers of Yoga to delve deep into the study of Ancient Yogic wisdom. Through this course, you will learn the philosophy of Vedanta, Tantra and Hatha, as a combination of wisdom leading the seeker to higher levels of inner bliss. Participants of this course will be doing an in-depth study of The Bhagavad Gita, Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra, Isha Upanishad, An Introduction to Vedanta, Mantra Japa, Meditation & Yoga Nidra.
It offers a unique opportunity for self-exploration and transformation leading to a life of fulfillment and joy. The primary aim of these sessions is to introduce you to the timeless Yogic Wisdom and to enable you to apply its priceless knowledge in your day-to-day life.

Course Modules :
Bhagavad Gita : All 18 chapters will be covered verse by verse.
Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra : The text briefly presents around 112 Tantric meditation methods (yuktis) or centering techniques (dhāraṇās) in an easy to understand form.
Isha Upanishad : The Ishavasya Upanishad is a principal Upanishad which talks about the importance of growth in both spiritual and material life.
Introduction To Vedanta : Advaita (non-dualism), Vishishtadvaita (qualified non-dualism), Tattvavada / Dvaita (dualism), and Suddhadvaita (pure non-dualism).
Mantra Japa : Learn to pronounce, recite & remember various mantras in Sanskrit.
Meditation : Learn different types of Meditation.

Yoga Nidra : It is a powerful form of meditation that allows for deep relaxation and restoration for individuals suffering from high levels of stress, anxiety and negative ways of thinking.
Any individual who seeks to learn the essence of ancient wisdom and earnestly wishes to apply it in their day to day life is welcome to join. Even participants with no prior experience in Yoga are welcome to join. The course will also help experienced Yoga practitioners to gain more insights in Yoga.

Batch 1 – Weekday Classes (Mon to Fri) – Starts 1st April
Batch 2 – Weekend Classes (Sat & Sun) – Starts 6th April

Session Type : Live Sessions (Online Via Google Meet).
Recordings : The recordings of each class will be shared to the participants so they can rewatch it during their free time or if they miss a live session.

Weekend Classes – 14:30 AEST (2.5 Hrs Per Class)
Total Course Duration : 35 Hrs

The course is run on a donation basis, you are welcome to donate anywhere between $199 to $299 AUD to register for the course. Your contribution will greatly help towards the marketing, internet and other expenses of running the course.

Vishal is a Yoga Philosophy teacher who currently lives in Coimbatore, India. He often teaches Yoga philosophy in the 200 & 300 Hr Yoga teacher training programs for reputed studios located in The US, Australia, Canada, & South Africa. He considers himself as a lifelong learner and believes the whole world to be his teacher, which has allowed him to explore multiple paths in Yoga with a more therapeutic approach that is focused upon physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing.
He can expertly teach The Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads (major 12), Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Mantra Japa, Meditation & Yoga Nidra. His sessions are a combination of Hatha, Vedanta & Tantra, according to him, these three paths complement one another, leading the seeker systematically along the path of Self-realization.
That is, the aspirant first clears the mind through the practice of Hatha, does self-enquiry through Vedanta, and then breaks through the final barrier with Tantra experiencing the heights of inner awakening.
