About The Course Instructor :

Vishal is a Yoga Philosophy teacher who currently lives in Coimbatore, India. He often teaches Yoga philosophy in the 200 & 300 Hr Yoga teacher training programs for reputed studios located in The US, Australia, Canada, & South Africa. He considers himself as a lifelong learner and believes the whole world to be his teacher, which has allowed him to explore multiple paths in Yoga with a more therapeutic approach that is focused upon physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing.

He can expertly teach The Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads (major 12), Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Mantra Japa, Meditation & Yoga Nidra. His sessions are a combination of Hatha, Vedanta & Tantra, according to him, these three paths complement one another, leading the seeker systematically along the path of Self-realization.

That is, the aspirant first clears the mind through the practice of Hatha, does self-enquiry through Vedanta, and then breaks through the final barrier with Tantra experiencing the heights of inner awakening.
